Using The Entry Form:

When you click on the link to the entry form, Adobe Reader will open the PDF in your browser and display the entry form. Once the form has been displayed, you can use it in one of two ways:

1. Print the form and fill out each field by hand - then mail the entry according to instructions on the entries page.

2. Fill out the form first, (double click on any of the form fields in Adobe Reader and type.

You can use your Tab key on your keyboard to navigate to each field in the form itself) Once you've completed the form - you can then print and mail the entry according to instructions on the entries page. (Please note that Adobe does not allow you to save a form once you've filled in form fields, the only option is to print.)
